What happens if my flight is delayed?
No problem, we track your flight and we will be there when you arrive at the bottom of the escalator in baggage claim with a sign with your name on it. However, if your flight gets cancelled or if you are on a different flight than originally planned, please give us a call and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Savannah Airport and Hilton Head Airport:
We will greet you at the bottom of the escalator in baggage claim and we will have a sign with your name on it.
When you arrive we will have our driver give you a call. Please go to baggage claim and claim your luggage, and then walk outside to meet your driver in the Limo/Pre-arranged car line.
Please give us a call when your as soon as you know your plans have changed. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. All no shows will be charged the full amount of the transfer.
Paying for your ride has never been easier! We accept cash or credit. You can prepay with your credit card, keep it on file with us, or pay the driver on completion of your trip.
